The Kaisa Consulting Way

End-to-End Accountability. Kaisa Consulting will provide single point of contact for the client throughout the implementation. Key members of the team will be dedicated until a successful cut-over to full operations.

Process Knowledge. Kaisa Consulting has deep content knowledge for outsourcing operations. In addition, Kaisa Consulting has successfully implemented BPO services for a number of clientele.

Transition Experience. Kaisa Consulting has access to Globally Certified Methodology and tools used to plan, migrate and operate in an outsourced environment.

Disciplined Project Management. Kaisa Consulting will develop and manage the joint implementation plan with the client. This will allow for early identification of schedule issues and a heavy emphasis on achieving outcomes. The team will also document, coordinate and resolve project issues with rigor and with a “no surprise” mentality.

Project Management and Issue Resolution. Kaisa Consulting will provide dedicated teams for client and vendor to manage transition.
